Roofing Service Areas in and Around Macclenny

We repair, inspect and replace roofs across Macclenny and the towns around it. Every visit starts the same way, with a careful look at your roof, an honest read on its condition and a clear idea of how it affects the heat inside your home.

The Towns on Our Schedule

Our work begins in Macclenny and reaches outward from there. We also take regular jobs in Starke and Watertown, so a home a bit farther along the road is still well within reach. The person who inspects your roof is the same one who explains the findings, in plain terms, before any price comes up.

Our schedule also covers Orange Park, Fleming Island, Oakleaf Plantation, Middleburg, Lakeside, Asbury Lake and Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace, along with Nassau Village-Ratliff. Whichever town you are in, you get the same work: roof repair, roof replacement, metal roofing, gutters and storm damage repair, with a free, no-obligation estimate first.

What Shapes Roofs Across Northeast Florida

  • Heat and your attic

Long, humid summers push a lot of heat through the roof deck. A dark roof with poor attic ventilation can leave the space above your ceilings far hotter than the air outside, and your air conditioner pays for it. When we replace a roof, we check intake and exhaust vents and talk through lighter or reflective options, including metal roofing, where they will make a real difference to comfort and running costs.

  • Storm season

Hurricane season runs from June through November, and strong afternoon thunderstorms are common through the warm months. Wind lifts shingle edges and loosens flashing long before a leak shows on a ceiling. We offer free post-storm inspections, photograph what we find and can work directly with your insurance adjuster on storm damage claims.

  • A mix of older and newer homes

The area has established homes that may be on a second or third roof, alongside newer subdivisions with roofs only a few years old. Older roofs can hide soft decking, layered repairs or undersized vents. Newer ones tend to show problems at flashing, valleys and pipe boots first. We look for both before we recommend anything.

  • Heavy rain and drainage

Summer downpours can drop a lot of water in a short time. Gutters that are clogged, undersized or pitched the wrong way spill water against fascia and foundations. Our gutters work is sized and sloped to move that water away from your home.

  • Permits and inspections

Florida requires roofing work to meet the Florida Building Code, and a reroof generally needs a permit from the local building department, with inspections along the way. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections and explain each step so nothing is left for you to chase.
